Don’t resist them that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.”As a society, we screwed up our relationship with change. I’m not saying it’s easy. But treating it as the enemy, rather than our ally, doesn’t help. Change is our natural state of being. By focusing on what we can control, it will feel less stressful and more comfortable to achieve.
